Jess T. Dugan wins two Boston Art Awards!

Jess T. Dugan won the People's Choice Award in the following two categories: Photography and Best Representation of Our Local Community.
The winners of the 2008 Boston Art Awards, which were organized by The New England Journal of Aesthetic Research, were announced at the Beehive in Bostonon February 2nd, 2009. More than 60 people made some 180 nominations, and some 600 people voted. Participating critics included: Edgar Allen Beem, Greg Cook, Evan Garza, Shawn Hill, Christian Holland, Francine Koslow Miller, Shirley B. Moskow, Matt Nash, and Doug Norris.

Three photographs accepted into the permanent collection of the D'Amour Museum of Fine Arts

'Rectitude' opens at Gallery Kayafas
September 5th, 2008
Jess T. Dugan's first solo gallery show, Rectitude, opens at Gallery Kayafas and will run from September 5th, 2008 to October 11th, 2008. The exhibition includes fourteen large format, black and white portraits made during 2006 and 2007.
